Jamie’s hospitality career is as varied as it is long, having spent 17 years perfecting his craft.
From cocktail bars and nightclubs, to hotels and fine dining restaurants; he has led teams globally for renowned operators including McDonald’s and Walt Disney World.
As a young bartender in 2014 he reached the final of the inaugural ‘Monkey Shoulder Ultimate Bartender Competition’; and more recently venues he has gone on to create have received acclaim in international press, including MixMag and Class Bar Magazine.
Jamie is passionate about creating new and exciting concepts, developing up-and-coming talent, and delivering exceptional levels of hospitality.
Away from the bar, you’ll find Jamie hanging out with his two sons, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or engrosed in some form of political podcast.
Drew is an award winning bartender that has worked in a multitude of roles within hospitality, spanning the past 8 years.
Alongside leading teams in various settings, a degree in Event Management and Marketing has helped him to develop an astute and well-rounded skillset that proves invaluable to any bar or event operation.
In 2022, Drew was crowned the winner of global hospitality competition, ‘50 Best Bars: The Blend Scholarship’, which will see him work with industry leaders, in some of the world’s best bars; in the same year he was also announced as the winner of the Isle of Man Awards for Excellence 'Young Ambassador of the Year'.
What keeps Drew driven is his desire to exceed the expectation of guests in every stage of the hospitality experience. With a passion for achieving this through data-driven decision making and exceptional communication with all stakeholders.
When he's not behind the bar, you'll find Drew sipping at his favourite hotspots or building lego whilst watching the latest Netflix phenomenon.
